1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and zc22 ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your use of the zc22 website, Android application and all associated services. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — through a browser, the Android app, or any other supported interface.

Accessing any part of the platform, completing registration, making a deposit or placing a bet constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of any third party, you confirm you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, though in practice accounts are for individual use only.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and zc22.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The zc22 platform is available to individuals aged 18 years and above only. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Players must be of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, and all deposits and winnings associated with that account will be handled in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the zc22 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same or different personal details, the same device, or the same payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zc22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets or withdrawal requests.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account details, password and any two-factor authentication credentials secure. zc22 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. zc22 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment

The zc22 platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods made available at the time of the transaction, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and select card payment options.

You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and that you are fully authorised to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your zc22 wallet, is not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and processing times that vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

zc22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not specific to any individual player's circumstances.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on zc22 are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. These rules determine how bets are settled in cases of postponement, abandonment, player withdrawal, rule changes or other unforeseen circumstances.

General sports betting rules applicable to all markets include:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. zc22 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice.
• Bets confirmed in error due to a technical fault, manifestly incorrect odds or obvious pricing errors may be voided at zc22's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — specific rules apply to rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, player injuries and match abandonment. These are available in the full cricket betting rules accessible from the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and may change without prior notice depending on market conditions, event type and account history.

zc22 does not accept bets it suspects are related to match-fixing, insider information or any form of corrupt activity. Where such suspicion arises, affected bets may be voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

6 Casino and Game Rules

Casino games — including live casino, slots and RNG table games — are provided through certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are available within the game interface.

All live casino games use real physical equipment operated by live dealers in professionally monitored studio environments. All slot and RNG table games use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested. zc22 does not control or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, incomplete round or technical disconnection, the round result will be determined by the game server records. Where the server records confirm that a round was not completed, the stake will be returned. Where server records confirm a completed result, that result stands regardless of what may have been displayed on the player's device at the time.

The platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify any game from the lobby without prior notice. This may occur due to provider contractual requirements, technical issues or platform updates.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zc22 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is made available. These terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.

The zc22 VIP programme rewards consistent players with tiered benefits including cashback, faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account management and exclusive tournament access. VIP tier assignment is based on monthly wagering volume across sports betting, casino and the game lobby.

VIP status is reviewed monthly. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier. VIP benefits are not transferable between accounts. All VIP-related cashback and rewards are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal, which are specified in the VIP programme terms accessible from your account settings.

zc22 reserves the right to modify VIP tier structures, thresholds and benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to active VIP members with reasonable notice where possible.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zc22 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated multi-account wagering, churning deposits across accounts or any other systematic bonus exploitation.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing arrangements, insider information obtained through corrupt means, or any information that amounts to cheating in the context of a sporting event.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit any system or pricing inefficiency.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, including any attempts at hacking, reverse engineering or data scraping.

Where prohibited activity is identified, zc22 may void all bets placed by the affected account, suspend withdrawal access pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

zc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete verification, extended inactivity, or any other circumstance where the platform determines continued operation of the account poses a risk.

Players wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting support. Where a self-exclusion is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the closure will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Remaining real-money balances (net of any unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following identity verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

zc22's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
